Item CULTIVAREA ALGELOR CHLORELLA VULGARIS BEIJER, SYNECHOCYSTIS SALINA WISL., PHORMIDIUM FOVEOLARUM (MONT.) GOM. ŞI TRIBONEMA VIRIDE PASCH. PE MEDII CU ADAOS DE APE REZIDUALE ORĂŞENEŞTI(CEP USM, 2013) Donţu, NataliaPentru cultivarea speciilor de alge (Chlorella vulgaris, Synechocystis salina, Phormidium foveolarum şi Tribonema viride) au fost utilizate mediile cu adaos de ape reziduale de la Staţia de Epurare Biologică, în concentraţii de la 1 la 50%. Pentru fiecare specie au fost stabilite concentraţiile optimale ale mediilor de cultivare. Cea mai înaltă cantitate de biomasă a fost obţinută după 10-15 zile de cultivare. Pentru specia Chlorella vulgaris cel mai favorabil s-a dovedit a fi mediul cu adaos de 5% (17,55 g/l), pentru Synechocystis salina mediul cu adaos de 20% (16,56 g/l), pentru Phormidium foveolarum – mediul cu adaos de 10% (3,36 g/l), iar pentru Tribonema viride – mediul cu adaos de 30% (2,10g/l)Item DINAMICA DEZVOLTĂRII ALGELOR CHLORELLA VULGARIS ŞI SYNECHOCYSTIS SALINA PE MEDII CU ADAOS DE APE REZIDUALE DE CANALIZARE DE LA STAŢIA DE EPURARE DIN mun. CHIŞINĂU(2012) Donţu, Natalia; Şalaru, VictorDuring the 2009–2010 years in the ponds of the biological treatment station and in the Bâc river within the segment of the station, were detected 227 species. In the first year were identified 137 species and algal variations and in the next year – 220 species. In winter intensely were developed diatom algae, spring – species from Euglenophyta phylum, in the summer season – the green algae and the represents of Xanthophyta phylum, but in autumn – species from Cyanophyta and Euglenophyta phyla.Item SELECTAREA MEDIULUI OPTIMAL PENTRU CULTIVAREA SPECIEI NOSTOC GELATINOSUM (SCHOUSB.) For cultivation of Nostoc gelatinosum algae the most optimal medium are Drew and Z8. The highest values of algal productivity may be obtained according the semicontinuous method. With the increase of algal productivity pH values change to basic direction.Item TAXONOMIC AND ECOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF THE EDAPHIC ALGAE FLORA FROM CERTAIN AGROCENOSES OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2013) Trofim, Alina; Donţu, Natalia; Gheorhiţa, Cristina; Şalaru, VictorThe most part of territory of the Republic Moldova is covered by agro-ecosystems in which the algae play a fundamental role as they are considered indicators of soil quality. Soil samples were taken from different regions of the country on which are cultivated wheat, rape, potatoes and chick-pea and were analyzed within the Scientific Research Laboratory „Algaeology”, of the State University of Moldova during 2007 – 2010. All in all, in the taken samples there were found 100 species and intraspecific varieties: Cyanophyta – 82 species, Bacillariophyta – 8, Xanthophyta – 3, Euglenophyta – 2, Chlorophyta – 5. The richest diversity was found in the soils cultivated with wheat - 42 species and intra-specific varieties.
