Item ACTIVITATEA ANTIOXIDANTĂ A PREPARATULUI ETANOLIC ÎN BAZA BIOMASEI DE PORPHYRIDIUM CRUENTUM(CEP USM, 2014) Sadovnic, Daniela; Cepoi, Liliana; Rudi, Ludmila; Valuţa, Ana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Codreanu, Svetlana; Miscu, Vera; Cojocari, AngelaThere wasstudied the impact ofantioxidant complex from microalga Porphyridium cruentum biomass on the antioxidant activityof vegetable oilsand their oxidation process. The antioxidant complex was obtained by extracting in 96% ethylalcohol. Antioxidant assay using the radical1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazil (DPPH) revealed an increase of the antioxidant activity of oils supplemented with microalgal antioxidant complex. There was determineda decrease (up to 40% for olive oil) in fatty acid oxidation for vegetable oils with microalgal antioxidant extract.Item COPPER COMPOUNDS AS STRESS FACTORS AND REGULATORS IN PHYCOBIOTECHNOLOGY(CEP USM, 2022-09-29) Cepoi, LilianaItem EUROPIUM BIOACCUMULATION BY ARTROSPIRA PLATENSIS AND ITS EFFECT ON BIOMASS(CEP USM, 2022-09-29) Iușin, Nichita; Zinicovscaia, Inga; Cepoi, Liliana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Rudi, LudmilaItem EXCELENŢA SA ACADEMICIANUL VALERIU RUDIC ŞI BIOR-UL(ACAD. V. RUDIC LA 70 DE ANI DE LA NAŞTERE)(2017) Furdui, Teodor; Duca, Gheorghe; Gulea, Aurelian; Toderaș, Ion; Ciochină, Valentina; Cepoi, Liliana; Chirilov, Alexandru; Codreanu, Svetlana; Miscu, VeraItem Extracts derived from spirulina cultivated on media with Cu and CuO nanoparticles as active agents for triticale seed priming(CEP USM, 2024) Cepoi, Liliana; Rudi, Ludmila; Chiriac, Tatiana; Zosim, Liliana; Iațco, Iulia; Rudic, ValeriuThis study investigates the effects of seed priming in triticale using extracts from Arthrospira platensis cultivated with copper nanoparticles (CuNP) and copper oxide nanoparticles (CuONP). Results demonstrate significant increases in chlorophyll, carotenoid, and phenolic content, alongside enhanced antioxidant activity in the leaves. Notably, the treatment with nanoparticle-enriched extracts reduced malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, indicating a protective effect against oxidative stress. The findings suggest that spirulina-based extracts, even with the addition of nanoparticles, can enhance crop health, offering a sustainable approach to agriculture.Item INFLUENCE OF ZNS NANOPARTICLES ON PRODUCTIVITY OF RED ALGAE PORPHYRIDIUM CRUENTUM(Полиграфист, 2014-11-14) Goglidze, Tatiana; Dementiev, Igor; Guțul, Tatiana; Dvornicov, Dmitrii; Mironic, Tatiana; Rudi, Ludmila; Cepoi, LilianaНаночастицы ZnS были синтезированы с использованием коллоидных методов, Для получения водного коллоидного раствора, поверхность частиц была модифицирована тиоглицеролом. Наличие тиоглицерола на поверхности наночастиц было подтверждено с помощью инфра- красной спектроскопии. Водный раствор наночастиц ZnS был протестирован на красных водорослях Porphyridium cruentum, которые были использованы в качестве биологического объекта.Item NOI PREMIXURI FURAJERE ÎN BAZA BIOMASEI DE SPIRULINĂ CU SELEN(CEP USM, 2014) Rudic, Valeriu; Djur, Svetlana; Cepoi, Liliana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Rudi, Ludmila; Codreanu, Svetlana; Ghelbet, VioricaThere have been proposed the recipesfor preparing two feed premixes with organic selenium according to the sourceofinorganicseleniumused: “Spirulina with organic selenium 1 and 2” and “protein feed premix with organic selenium 1 and2”. The proposedpremixescomprise amulticomponent synergisticcombination in case of the first technological recipe and Spirulina extract containing freea mino acids, oligopeptides and selenium-containing proteinsin case of the second recipe exhibiting significant anti- oxidantactivity andimmunomodulatory effect.Item SAVANTUL DE RENUME MONDIAL ȘI BIOR-UL. ACADEMICIANUL VALERIU RUDIC LA 70 DE ANI(2017) Furdui, Teodor; Duca, Gheorghe; Toderaș, Ion; Ciochină, Valentina; Cepoi, Liliana; Chirilov, Alexandru; Codreanu, Svetlana; Miscu, Vera; Gulea, AurelianItem STATUTUL ANTIOXIDANT ÎN CORELARE CU COMPONENŢA BIOCHIMICĂ A BIOMASEI UNOR MICROALGE ÎN CONDIŢII DE TEHNOLOGII INTENSIVE(CEP USM, 2014) Cepoi, LilianaThe coordination compounds of Fe (III) with Schiff bases cause the Porphyridium cruentum biomass reduction and Haematococcus pluvialis biomass increasing in case of application of the mentioned compounds in an amount of 20 mg / l. Between antiradical activity of extracts from biomass and the amount of malonic dialdehyde was detected a moderate inverse correlation to Porphyridium cruentum, and a close correlation to Haematococcus pluvialis. The amount of carotenoids in microalgae biomass correlate with antiradical activity of ethanol extracts, being the major components with antiradical effect both in porfiridium and hematococcus biomass.
