    In this article there are presented defining elements of the life quality characteristic to postindustrial society. The last one, covers three successive stages: informational society, society of cognition and society of conscience. In the context of postindustrial society the life quality takes new values, but the people perceive in different way their own needs. The life quality must be analyzed from objective as well as from subjective positions, taking into consideration systematic transformations of postindustrial society.

    The benefits of operating a franchise system in the Republic of Moldova include cheap labour and low advertising costs. At the same time, there is a low level of purchasing power, as well as low quality of services on the market, since a large part of the goods and services offered by companies representing foreign firms and aimed at middle- and high-income customers, depend to a large extent on the economic situation of the country and the increase in purchasing power of the population.
