In this sense, the curriculum is structured on domains and profiles of extracurricular education and learning, ensuring the conceptual continuity between the curriculum for general education and the curriculum for extracurricular education and learning. Programul de studii include cursuri din psihologie, pedagogie şi spiritualitate creştină, adaptate la necesităţile de profesionalizare în domeniul consilierii. Sînt parcurse competenţele generale şi specifice, ca finalităţi ale programului, dar şi esenţa obiectivelor şi conţinuturilor recomandate la cursurile de bază. Se expun principiile şi standardele de etică profesională promovate de toţi titularii de curs, insistîndu-se asupra teismului, imperativului şi utilitarismului moral şi justiţiei sociale. In order to cope with future, educationaland professional training systems, generally, and teacher training, in particular, must be adapted in order to offer a large amount of knowledge and to develop competencencies that are necessary in real life. Specialists in education must understand different complex situations which may change unpredictably. In this context, acquisition of knowledge and competencies training to future teachers must be accompanied by accepting own responsability in society and broadening the horizons.
