| dc.description.abstract | The Hamiltonian optic dynamics of coherent excitons and biexcitons was investigated at exciton excitation from the ground state and coupling of two excitons into a biexciton. The system of differential equations was obtained that describes the quasiparticle evolution. The computer simulation was curried out.
