ROLUL FAMILIEI ÎN VIAŢA PACIENŢILOR CU BOLI INFLAMATORII CRONICE ŞI PSIHOPATOLOGIE ASOCIATĂ

Abstract

Lucrarea îşi propune să studieze rolul şi implicaţiile pe care le poate avea familia in viaţa unui pacient cu boli inflamtorii cornice .Deasemenea in situaţiile in care există şi psihopatologie asociată, studiul se extinde şi spre implicaţiile acesteia în viaţa pacientului şi a familiei sale. Abordarea temei s-a facut din mai multe perspective: din perspectiva familiei, din perspectiva pacientului şi din persepectiva specialiştilor. Perspectiva familiei a abordat aspecte care ţin de modul de cooping, suportul emotional si motivational, callitatea vieţii, percepţii si nevoi, impactul psihologic asupra pacientului si a familiei. Din perspectiva pacientului au fost abordate aspecte ce ţin de cooping, calitatea vieţii, self-management , flexibilitate, capacitate de integrare a bolii, nivel de stres si anxietate, comorbiditati, tratamentul medicamentos. Din perspectiva specialiştilor, s-au atins dimensiunile intervenţiei integrate, atat medicală cât şi psihologică, metode si scale de evaluare şi măsurarea unor parametrii si indicatori semnificativi pentru starea de boala cronică.

The paper aims to study the role and implications that the family can have in the life of a patient with chronic inflammatory diseases. Also in situations where there is associated psychopathology, the paper aims to study its implications in the life of the patient and his family. The theme was approached from several perspectives: from the perspective of the family, patient, and of the specialists. From the perspective of the family, aspects related to the mode of cooping, emotional support, quality of life, perceptions and needs and the psychological impact. From the patient’s perspective, aspects related to cooping, quality of life, self-management, flexibility, ability to integrate the disease, level of anxiety and comorbidities. From the perspective of the specialists, the dimensions of the integrated intervention, both medical and psychological, methods and scales for evaluation and measurement of some significant parameters for the state of chronic disease have been reached.
