Abstract
În acest articol este analizată literatura psihopedagogică, fiind generalizată experienţa acumulată privind utilizarea
caracteristicilor psihodinamice ale persoanei. Aceste caracteristici îl ajută pe profesor să reducă la minim eşecurile şi
erorile, care sunt inevitabile în procesul de instruire. Luarea în consideraţie a calităţilor mintale, şi anume a temperamentului,
permite a face procesul de instruire al elevilor mai eficient.
The account of specific features helps the teacher to reduce to a minimum failure and error, which are inevitable in the course of training. In our work, on the basis of the analysis of the psychological-pedagogical literature and generalization of available experience of use in training of psychodynamic properties of the person, we have come to a conclusion that the account of qualities of mentality, namely temperament, allows to make the process of training of pupils more efficient.
