CRIZA PANDEMICĂ, UN IMBOLD PENTRU MODERNIZAREA SOCIETĂȚII MOLDOVENEȘTI

Abstract

The social order and stability, security and well-being have become essential in the context of the pandemic crisis, highlighting many social and human issues. This article, focusing on the identification of governance mechanisms for the protection of human rights, emphasizes the weaknesses shaped by the pandemic crisis and argues in favor of the need to modernize the Moldovan society. With the assessment of the social-human impact of the pandemic as main objective, the theoretical-methodological framework of synergetics has been used, enabling to deal with the problem within the conceptual, functional, and operational frameworks.

Echilibrul și ordinea socială, securitatea și bunăstarea au devenit esențiale în condițiile crizei pandemice, care a reliefat multiple probleme sociale și umane. Conținutul acestui articol, orientat spre identificarea mecanismelor de guvernare axate pe protecția drepturilor omului, scoate în evidență vulnerabilitățile profilate de criza pandemică și se centrează pe susținerea opiniei că în prezent s-a accentuat necesitatea modernizării societății moldovenești. Urmărind drept obiectiv evaluarea impactului socio-uman provocat de pandemie, s-a apelat la cadrul teoretico-metodologic al sinergeticii, care a facilitat tratarea problemei în formula interdependențelor conceptuale, funcționale și operaționale.
