Geosecuritologia – o nouă abordare interdisciplinară în cercetarea securităţii naţionale a Republicii Moldova [Articol]

Abstract

Currently, the theoretical-applicative toolkit of the securitology is not enough to fully investigate the geopolitical dimension in order to provide a thorough analysis of the geopolitical phenomenon that determines the degree of security, and the lack of methodological means influences the quality of the process of generating relevant ideas and solutions on ensuring the national security of the Republic of Moldova. In this context, a new interdisciplinary approach is indispensable within the research of the national security of the Republic of Moldova – „Geosecuritology”, which has an enormous scientific potential, having as epistemological support the analysis of the geopolitical dimension of the national security based on applicability, and as an object of investigation the influence of the geopolitical phenomenon from the perspective of the evolution of the structural transformations of the international system in the post-Cold War period on the security approached on a multilevel, systemic and structural-functional basis, which needs to be promoted and capitalized at academic, university and associative level.
