| dc.description.abstract | In our study we opted for the fact that, in order to exert a positive influence on the teachers, the school manager is obliged to meet certain requirements and conditions through the logical faculty of thinking, the quality of moral values, the good level of knowledge, entrepreneurial ability and moderator with appropriate decisions, the absolute and conditional quality of being competent in all actions.
