ОСОБЕННОСТИ МОТИВАЦИОННОГО АСПЕКТА УЧЕБНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ У СТУДЕНТОВ ВУЗОВ

Abstract

Мотивация учебной деятельности – это сложный комплекс, объединяющий различные учебные процессы, методы и различные педагогические средства побуждения учащихся к продуктивной познавательной деятельности. Учебная мотивация напрямую способствует активному усвоению содержания образования, то есть необходимых для личности знаний, умений и навыков. Процесс формирования способов мотивации происходит в ходе совместной деятельности преподавателей – это мотивация обучения, их отношение к профессиональным обязанностям, а с другой стороны – учащихся, это мотивация учения и их внутренняя автомотивация.

Motivation for educational process and performance is a sophisticated complex of characteristics that includes various educational processes, methods and different pedagogical knowledge of encouraging modern students to improve cognitive activity. Learning motivation directly contributes to the active assimilation of the content of education - the knowledge, skills and abilities that are indispensably required for a person. The process of formation of images of motivation is carried out by cooperative teachers; this is the motivation of learning and their attitude to professional duties on the one hand, and on the other hand, this is students’ motivation for learning and their internal, self-motivation.
