ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ФОТОТЕРМОПЛАСТИЧЕСКИХ НОСИТЕЛЕЙ НА ОСНОВЕ АМОРФНЫХ СТЕКЛООБРАЗНЫХ ПОЛУПРОВОДНИКОВ СИСТЕМЫ As4 Se3 S3 И ДИЭЛЕКТРИКА BaF2 В ПРОЦЕССАХ РЕГИСТРАЦИИ ИМПУЛЬСНЫХ ГОЛОГРАММ

Abstract

În prezenta lucrare sunt studiate proprietăţile purtătorilor fototermoplastici cu strat halogenic în bază de semiconductori din sistemul As4Se3S3 la înregistrarea pe aceştia a hologramelor. Au fost studiate, de asemenea, caracteristicile holografi ce ale purtătorilor ce conţin suplimentar un strat de dielectric în baza substanţei BaF2.In the presented research work there have been studied the possibilities to use photothermoplastic media with light sensitive layer of chalcogenide glassy semiconductor on the basis of As4Se3 S3 system for the recording of impulse holograms. There have been investigated holographic characteristics of the photothermoplastic media with additional dielectric layer on the basis of BaF2.
