dc.description.abstractVarious ratios (from 2:1 to 1 :3) was achieved. Physical state and established catalytic activity of monastrol synthesis. It showed a wide range of pharmacological activities. Recently, there has been a great deal of interest in the importance of dihydropyrimidines. Dihydropyrimidines play important roles in various biological processes in different body structures carrying important information. Currently, the most effective method to synthesize dihydropyrimidines remains the well-studied multicomponent Biginelli reaction. The Biginelli reaction is commonly used to directly produce monastrol and its derivatives and has many advantages over traditional synthetic methods.en
