IMPLICAŢII ALE DIMENSIUNII DE GEN ÎN MANIFESTAREA CONFLICTULUI MUNCĂ-FAMILIE: SINTEZE TEORETICE

Abstract

În prezentul articol propunem o analiză a unor studii realizate în diverse ţări privind implicaţiile factorului de gen în manifestarea conflictului muncă-familie. Investigarea diferenţelor de gen în conflictul muncă-familie a fost o preocupare constantă a studiilor ce vizează această problematică încă de la debutul acestora, deoarece se credea că femeile ar putea fi afectate într-o măsură mai mare de acest conflict, comparativ cu bărbaţii. În acest sens, dorim să investigăm felul în care sunt abordate dimensiunile de gen în studiile din alte ţări, în vederea elaborării unei cercetări similare în Republica Moldova. Studiul nostru are drept scop cunoaşterea multidimensională a fenomenului şi a formelor de conflict muncă-familie prin prisma unor diferenţe gender în ceea ce priveşte manifestările emoţionale, cognitive şi comportamentale trăite de subiecţi ca urmare a conflictului. Constatăm că unele studii atestă diferenţe gender, altele, mai recente, evidenţiază că atât bărbaţii, cât şi femeile, pot trăi în aceeaşi măsură, şi chiar cu aceeaşi intensitate, conflictul muncă-familie.

In this article, we suggest an analysis of some studies conducted in different countries on the gender implications in the manifestation of work-family conflict. Investigating gender differences in work-family conflict has been a constant concern of the studies aimed at this issue from their beginning of because it was thought that women could be affected to a greater extent in this conflict than men. Therein, we want to investigate how the gender dimensions are approached to in other countries, to develop a similar research in Republic of Moldova. Our study aims the multidimensional knowledge of the phenomenon and the forms of work-family conflict through the prism of gender differences in terms of emotional, cognitive and behavioral occurrences experienced by the subjects as a result of the conflict. We came to the conclusion that some studies certify gender differences, other, the latest, highlights that both men and women can experience equally, and even with the same intensity the work-family conflict.
