SPECIFICUL INTEGRĂRII SOCIALE A REFUGIAŢILOR ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

În articol sunt analizate particularităţile procesului de integrare socială a refugiaților în Republica Moldova, prezentând integrarea drept un proces complex, care presupune că un refugiat este integrat în societate atunci când se obţin rezultate comparabile cu cele ale membrilor societăţii-gazdă. În mod special, ne referim la aşa domenii precum integrarea în cadrul structurii sociale a societăţii-gazdă (luând drept exemplu piaţa forţei de muncă, sistemul educaţional, al sănătăţii), achiziţionarea de cunoştinţe şi modele culturale noi, interacţiunea cu membrii societăţii-gazdă, precum şi identificarea cu valorile societăţii-gazdă.Cercetarea efectuată ne permite să concluzionăm că integrarea refugiaţilor este un proces de lungă durată şi necesită depunerea de eforturi din partea societăţii, dar şi din partea refugiaţilor, dat fiind că aceştia trebuie să-şi optimizeze eforturile proprii.

The article analyzes the particularities of the process of social integration of refugees in the Republic of Moldova, presenting the integration as a complex process, which assumes that a refugee is integrated into the society when results comparable to those of the members of the host society are obtained. In particular, the authors refer to areas such as integration into the social structure of the host society (for instance the labor market, education and health systems), the acquisition of new cultural knowledge and models, interaction with members of the host society, as well as identifying with the values of the host society. The authors’ research allows concluding that integration of refugees is a long-lasting process and it requires efforts on behalf of both society and refugees, as they need to optimize their own efforts
