DIPLOMAȚIA LIMBAJULUI PROTOCOLAR. STRATEGII SEMIOTICE DE COMUNIUNE

Abstract

Situaţiile de comunicare / comuniune diplomatic-protocolară actuale cercetate ȋn teză sunt descrise parţial în literatura de specialitate atât prin consideraţii ale filosofiei / semioticii teoretice (implicând reperele conceptuale ale pregătirii comuniunii), cât și prin ipostaze ale filosofiei / semioticii practice (vizând strategiile procedural-ceremoniale ale comuniunii, de exemplu). Teoria ne mai arată că de la limbajul bio-fizic (intuitiv-semnificant) al manifestărilor protocolare la cel educativ (semnificativ-cultural) nu este decât un pas pe care ȋn termenii ştiinţei semnelor îl numim semnificare, miezul oricare situaţii de comunicare (semioză). Aceste aspecte predominant sintactice şi semantice care definesc începutul poveștii protocolare, sunt dublate de scrieri recente de factură predominant pragmatică, vizând instrumentele limbajului protocolar, care pot fi privite, la scenă deschisă, atât prin arta convingerii (persuasiune), cât și prin viclenia manipulării. Cuvintele cheie care se lasă astăzi în slujbă sunt limbaj, comunicare, comuniune, semiotică, diplomație. Așa cum am învățat, cuvintele au un sens sau mai multe, cum ar spune Saussure, însă structura în care sunt transmise și maniera pot denota binele sau răul. Desigur, uneori, poate că ne este greu să ne dăm seama ce este bine sau rău, însă cred că modelele de analiză etică pot veni în ajutorul nostru.The current diplomatic-protocol communication/communion situations researched in the thesis are partially described in the specialized literature both through considerations of theoretical philosophy/semiotics (involving the conceptual milestones of communion preparation) and through practical philosophy/semiotics (aiming at procedural strategies-communion ceremonies, for example). The theory also shows us that from the bio-physical language (intuitive-significant) of the protocol manifestations to the educational one (significant-cultural) is only a step that in the terms of the science of signs we call signification, the core of any communication situation (semiosis). These predominantly syntactic and semantic aspects that define the beginning of the protocol story, are doubled by recent writings of a predominantly pragmatic nature, targeting the tools of the protocol language, which can be seen, on the open stage, both through the art of persuasion (peer persuasion) and through the cunning of manipulation. The key words used today are language, communication, communion, semiotics, diplomacy. As we have learned, words have one or more meanings, as Saussure would say, but the structure in which they are conveyed and the manner can denote good or bad. Of course, sometimes it may be difficult for us to figure out what is good or bad, but I think that models of ethical analysis can come to our aid.
