dc.description.abstractPe baza semiconductorilor calcogenici sticloşi au fost obţinuţi purtători fototermoplastici cu o sensibilitate holografică de până la 7·106 cm2 /J. Au fost studiate procesele de înregistrare a reţelelor holografice pe purtători în timp real. Se demonstrează posibilitatea de a le utiliza pentru măsurarea dimensiunilor microobiectelor netransparente prin metoda de rasterizare de interferenţă. Este dat un calcul detaliat al parametrilor instalaţiei opticeen
dc.description.abstractBased on chalcogenide glassy semiconductors the photothermoplastic carriers there were obtained with a holographic sensitivity of up to 7·106 cm2/J.The processes of recording on them the holographic gratings in real time were studied.There has been demonstrated the possibility of using them to measure the size of opaque micro objects via interference rasterization. A detailed calculation of the parameters of the optical installation is given.
