dc.description.abstractÎn ultimii câţiva ani o atenţie sporită se acordă studiului proprietăţilor fizice ale structurilor semiconductoare cu dimensiuni reduse datorită perspectivelor de utilizare a lor în diverse domenii. În prezenta lucrare se cercetează proprietăţile excitonice ale punctelor cuantice din siliciu, amplasate într-un mediu dielectric. În cadrul aproximaţiei masei efective au fost calculate nivelele energetice electronice şi de gol utilizând teoria nevariaţională. Rezultatele obţinute se află întrun acord bun ce datele experimentale.en
dc.description.abstractIn the latest years increased attention is paid to the study of physical properties of the semiconductor structures with reduced dimensions due to the perspectives of their utilization in various domains. In this paper there is investigated the excitonic properties of the quantum points of siliceous, place it in a dielectric medium. In the framework of the approximation of the effective mass there have been calculated, using the non-variation theory, the energetic electronic and void levels of theory. The obtained results are in accordance with the experimental data.
