EDUCAȚIA LA DISTANȚĂ ÎN PERIOADA DE CARANTINĂ PROVOCATĂ DE PANDEMIA COVID - 19 ȘI IMPACTUL DISPROPORȚIONAT ASUPRA FETELOR

Abstract

În prezentul articol punem în discuție aspectele ce țin de impactul disproporționat al învățământului online în condițiile carantinei impuse de coronavirus, modul în care sunt afectate fetele, în particular cele încadrate în instituțiile de învățământ profesional tehnic. Accesul disproporționat la tehnologii pentru învățare online și lipsa timpului care normal ar fi fost alocat învățării sunt două motive care fac impactul negativ de gen mai profund asupra fetelor comparativ cu băieții, în toate treptele de învățământ. Această criză ar putea influența serios sistemul de învățământ profesional tehnic pe termen mediu și lung, ținându se cont de segregarea de gen a multor profesii, impactul pe care l-a avut această criză asupra afacerilor din domeniul restaurantelor și cafenelelor, precum și pierderea locurilor de muncă în acest sector.

This article discusses the issues related to the disproportionate impact of online education during the Coronavirus lockdown on girls, in particular those in TVET institutions. The disproportionate access to online learning technologies and the lack of time that would normally have been allocated to learning -are two reasons that have a differentiated impacton girls compared to boys, on all levels of education. This crisis can seriously affect the technical vocational education system in the medium and long term, given the gender segregation of jobs learnt in these institutions, the impact of the crises on restaurant & cafe businesses and job losses in the sector.
