COMPETENŢA – ABORDARE SITUAŢIONALĂ, STRUCTURALĂ ŞI METODOLOGICĂ

Abstract
În articol este analiza tă problema „competenţelor”din diferite perspective: clarificărilor
conceptuale, abordărilor situaţională şi structurală, metodologică şi acțională. Accentul este pus pe stabilirea conexiunilor dintre diferite categorii şi tipuri de competenţe, dar
şi pe identificarea mecanismelor de proiectare a competenţelor specifice disciplinelor
şcolare. Demersul inovativ al abordărilor propuse ţine de conceptualizarea tridimensională a competenţei (logica acţiunii, logica curriculară, logica învăţării)şi
de cea bidimensională (logica priorităţii tipurilor de activitățiîn raport cu direcţiile de
dezvoltare a personalității şi/sau invers, logica priorității domeniilor de dezvoltare
a personalității cu tipurile de activităţi în cadrul unui domeniu de cunoaştere).
This article analyzes the issue of ʺ competences ʺ from different perspectives: conceptual clarifications, situational and structural approaches, methodological and action. Emphasis is placed on establishing connections between different categories and types of competencies, but also on identi fying mechanisms for designing competences specific to school subjects. The innovative approach of the proposed approaches is related to the three - dimensional conceptualization of competence (action logic , curricular logic, learning logic on the one hand, and two - dimensional logic of the priorities of the types of activities in relation to the personality development directions and/ personality development with types of activities within a domain of knowledge).
