FORMAREA PROFESIONALĂ A PERSONALULUI DE SPECIALITATE DIN BIBLIOTECILE REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

Abstract

Educația și cunoștințele în domeniul biblioteconomiei reprezintă viitorul și performanța profesiei, iar personalul de specialitate din bibliotecă trebuie să fie în pas cu schimbările dinamice în societatea tehnologiilor informaționale. Exploatarea și punerea în valoare a bibliotecarilor se poate obține doar printr-o formare și perfecționare profesională adecvată. Articolul reflectă organizarea și dezvoltarea învățământului superior în domeniul infodocumentar: licență, masterat și doctorat. Sunt analizate modalitățile de bază ale formării profesionale continue. În lucrare este prezentat cadrul legislativ și de reglementare care stimulează personalul de specialitate din biblioteci de a participa la formarea profesională. The article reflects the organization and development of higher education in the field of information: bachelor, master and doctorate. The basic modalities of continuous vocational training are analyzed. The work presents the legislative and regulatory framework that stimulates the specialised personnel from libraries to participate in vocational training. The results of the studies regarding the identification of the needs for continuous vocational training are highlighted
