IMPOZITAREA PROGRESISTĂ – O FORMĂ REUȘITĂ DE AMELIORARE A ECONOMIEI LA NIVEL MACRO A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

Abstract

În articol este propusa o modalitate nouă de impozitare, un concept mult formalizat despre o modalitate de impozitare progresistă. O rată unică de impozitare nu poate corespunde aspirațiilor populației, care la nivelul milionarilor transferă la buget 12%. Modelul matematic, algoritmul impozitării, schema-bloc a algoritmului, matricea impozitării progresistă pot fi puse la baza elaborării softului respectiv. Acesta (softul) poate fi utilizat, preventiv pentru identificarea unor parametri din modelul simulativ. După procedurile de testare softul poate fi implementat în practică de către Ministerul de Finanțe al Republicii Moldova.

The article proposes a new way of taxation, a concept, much formalized about a progressive way of taxation. A single tax rate cannot meet the aspirations of the population, which at the level of millionaires transfers 12% to the budget. The mathematical model, the taxation algorithm, the block diagram of the algorithm, the progressive taxation matrix can be based on the elaboration of the respective software. This (software) can be used preventively to identify some parameters in the simulation model. After the testing procedures, the software can be implemented in practice by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova.
