ADAPTAREA SOCIAL - PSIHOLOGICĂ A CADRELOR DIDACTICE STABILE/INSTABILE EMOȚIONAL

Abstract

În articol este efectuată analiza importanței stabilității emoționale în adaptarea social -psihologică a cadrelor didactice din învățământul primar. Rezultatele cercetării denotă existența diferențelor semnificative între cele două grupuri de cadre didactice–stabile/instabile emoțional , cele instabile emoțional demonstrând un nivel mai scăzut al adaptării.Ipoteza,potrivit căreia stabilitatea emoțională contribuie la creșterea nivelului adaptării social-psihologice, a fost confirmată.The content of the article presents an analysis of emotional stability importance in social-psychological adaptation of teachers from primary education. The research results denote the existence of the significant differences between the two groups of teachers, emotionally unstable ones demonstrating a lower level of adaptation. The hypothesis according to which, the emotional stability contribute to the increasing of the social-psychological adaptation level has been confirmed.
