Abstract
Cercetarea dată prezintă sinteze teoretice şi practice privind relevarea motivaţiei şi a intereselor ca dominante principale ale procesului educaţional. Astfel, observăm că relaţia dintre motivaţie şi in teresele personalităţii în procesul educaţional formează un tot coerent, profesorul fiind acel agent al schimbării, pregătindu-şi elevii în această perspectivă care se constituie, tot mai mult, într-o dimensiune a omului contemporan.
This research presents theoretical and practical syntheses regarding the revelation of motivation and interests as the main dominants of the educational process. Thus, we notice that the relationship between motivation and personality interests in the educational process forms a whole, the teacher being that agent of change, preparing his students in this perspective, which increasingly is becoming a dimension of contemporary man.
