Abstract
În lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele cercetărilor referitoare la stimularea procesului de germinare şi creştere prin tratarea seminţelor cu radiaţie laser, lumină polarizată, ozon, clusteri de carbon şi tratarea termică
la temperatura azotului lichid (-196°C). Pentru seminţele supuse încercărilor umiditatea efectivă
de 6-10% a fost stabilită
prin metoda sublimă
rii în vid la presiunea de 10-2 Torri. Pentru încercări experimentale în lucrare este utilizată
apă prelucrată
termic în limitele de temperatură
-18÷20°C. În calitate de stimulator se evidenţiază
posibilitatea utilizării tratamentului
termic până la temperaturi suprajoase, cu viteza de răcire de 10-90°C/s
şi de încălzire a acestora în flux de aer cald la
temperatura de 40°C.
The objective of the study was to determine the effect of different methods of treatment: laser radiation, polarized light, ozone, carbon nanoclusters and the heat treatment temperature of liquid nitrogen (97 K) for on wheat grain in early phases of growing and the germination capacity. For investig ated material it was determined the effective moisture through the method of vacuum sublimation at pressure of 1.333 e-6 MPa for establishing the effective moisture of the seed. For the experimental tests, thermally treated water was used, to a temperature varying between 275 and 313 K. The possibility of the thermal treatment of the seed to u ltralow temperatures using the cooling speed of 10-90 K/s followed by heating in hot air flow at the temperature of 333 K is shown, as a growth stimulating factor.
