Abstract
În articol este argumentată necesitatea abordării sistemice şi sinergetice a tehnologiilor informaţionale şi comunicaţionale şi aplicării lor în procesul educaţional. Este analizat fenomenul „sinergie” şi sunt identificate prevederi de aplicare a acestuia cu referire la tehnologiile informaţionale. Conceptul-cheie constă în crearea condiţiilor care asigură
unitatea managementului şi autoconducerii în aplicarea tehnologiilor informaţionale
şi de comunicaţie.
In this article there is argued the systemic and synergistic approach of the information and communication technologies and their application in the educational process. There is analyzed the phenomenon of "synergy" and there are identified provisions of its application in reference to information technologies. The key-concept consists in creation of conditions which ensure the unity of management and self governance in the process of application of the information and communication technologies.
