TENDINŢE DE IMPLEMENTARE A EDUCAŢIEI PROSPECTIVE ÎN SISTEMUL DE ÎNVĂŢĂMÂNT UNIVERSITAR

Abstract

Tendinţele recente de dezvoltare socioumană şi tehnico-ştiinţifică determină nevoia de perfecţionare a sistemelor educaţionale. Interesul şi implicarea angajatorului în procesul educaţional universitar, prin expectanţele referitoare la pregătirea specialiştilor, a determinat creşterea interesului faţă de formare în funcţie de necesităţile societăţii prezente şi viitoare. Tendinţele de dezvoltare a învăţământului superior reflectă axarea pe dimensiunea prospectivă. În baza investigaţiilor şi analizelor realizate de noi, constatăm că implementarea dimensiunii prospective în educaţie constituie un pas important în dezvoltarea ştiinţelor educaţiei

The recent tendencies of socio-human and technical-scientific development determines the need of improvement in the educational system. The interest and the involvement of the employer in the educational universitary process, through the expectancies regarding the training of the specialists, determined the rise in the interest towards the formation in relation to the necessities of nowadays and future society. The tendencies in the development of the higher education reflect the focus on the prospective dimension. On the basis of our researches and surveys, we established that implementing the prospective analysis in education constitutes an important step in the development of educational studies.
