Abstract
Communication is a critical element necessary in periods of evolutionary changes in the organization, it was a tool for implementing change, redesign of internal processes, new strategies of the organization. The ultimate goal is awareness of those responsible in the field need to better prepare current and potential managers in communication and organizational communication skills.
