dc.description.abstractPhilosophy for Children is a program already successfully applied in education for an inquiry-driven society. Lipman thinks that the essential components of the educational process are democracy and reasonableness; they form the regulative ideas of an inquiry-driven society. The traditional education has failed to cultivate human reasonableness. Reasonableness is not realized only as a result of the mathematical and logical use of thought. My paper aims to present the Philosophy for Children as a „multidimensional thinking” programme, not only critical thinking, but also creative thinking and caring thinking.en
