EDUCAȚIA NONFORMALĂ A TINERILOR ȘI A ADULȚILOR: CADRUL MOTIVAȚIONAL

Abstract

În articol este abordată problema privind motivația învățării nonformale la tineri și adulți. Pentru prima dată învățămân tul nonformal s-a fundamentat ca sistem și susbsistem, accentul fiind puspe învățământul nonformal al tineril or și al adulților. Totodată, a fost realizată clasificarea diferitor categorii de tineri și adulți în raport cu forma de implicare în activitățile de învățare nonformale și diagnosticarea mobilurilor motovaționale caracteristice acestor categorii de formabili. În baza analizei rezultatelor diagnosticării mobilurilor motivaționale a tinerilor și a adulților au fost identificate părțile forte și cele vulnerabile ale educației nonformale a acestor categorii de subiecți.

This article addresses the problem of motivating non-formal learning in young people and adults. For the first time, non-formal education was founded as a system and the emphasis being placed on the non-formal education of young people and adults. At the same time, the classification of different categories of young people and adults was made in relation to the form of involvement in non-formal learning activities and the diagnosis of the motovational motives characteristic of these categories of learners. Based on the analysis of the results of diagnosing the motivational motives of young people and adults, the strong and vulnerable parts of the non-formal education of these categories of subjects were identified.
