PROBLEMA PERSONALITĂŢII ÎN EDUCAŢIE: SPECIFICUL ABORDĂRII ŞI LEGITĂŢILE DE FORMARE-DEZVOLTARE

Abstract

În articol este definită noţiunea de personalitate, se analizează structura personalităţii, particularităţile individuale şi de vârstă, precum şi factorii interni şi externi în dezvoltarea personalităţii. Accentul este pus pe abordarea concepţiilor de formare a personalităţii umane, precum şi pe identificarea principiilor şi legităţilor pedagogice şi psihologice de formare/dezvoltare a personalităţii.In the article there is defined the concept of personality, th ere are analyzed the personality structure, individual and age characteristics, and also internal and external factors in the development of personality. The emphasis is on the analysis of personality training concepts, as well as on the identification of pedagogical and psychological principles and regularities in the process of personality development.
