ASPECTE PSIHOLOGICE PRIVIND IMPLICAREA FEMEILOR ȘI BĂRBAȚILOR ÎN CÂMPUL MUNCII

Abstract

Domeniul profesional este la fel de important, atât pentru femei, cât și pentru bărbați. Însă oportunitățile pentru ambele genuri, nu mereu sunt egale, din cauza percepțiilor și așteptărilor diferite. În acest studiu, ne-am întrebat care sunt aspectele psihologice ale implicării bărbaților și femeilor în câmpul muncii, și anume: satisfacția de cuplu, conflictul muncă-familie, implicarea în treburile casnice. Rezultatele obținute ne oferă o imagine mai clară asupra modului în care aceste trei aspecte interacționează și pot fi utilizate de către specialiștii în resurse umane, manageri, psihologi organizaționali, reprezentanți ai organizațiilor non-guvernamentale și alți actori sociali.The professional field is equally important, both for women and for men. But the opportunities for both genders are not always equal, due to different perceptions and expectations. In this study, we asked ourselves what are the psychological aspects of the involvement of men and women in the field of work, namely: couple satisfaction, work-family conflict, involvement in household chores. The obtained results give us a clearer picture of how these three aspects interact and can be used by human resources specialists, managers, organizational psychologists, representatives of non-governmental organizations and other social actors.
