| dc.description.abstract | Starting from the premise that educational institutions function based on the specific rules of an organization, being closely related to the ever-changing social environment, it is necessary to take a systemic approach in conceptualizing psychological assistance. The services provided by school psychologists must be placed in a complex system of psychological assistance services, which would also include the organizational level.
