dc.description.abstractFor the pedagogues the formation of abilities of the assertive communication „supposes the act of taking into consideration the individual particularities of each participant at the pedagogical process, the creation of some conditions for the promotion and development of the individual capacities”. All abilities of the assertive communications can be realized through the pedagogues motivation (extrinsic and intrinsic), its self-transformation is characterized by: self-cognition, self-respect, the support of the own point of view, the analysis of the management and communication style, which lead to the formation of an assertive attitude, but the elimination of the blockages in communication, leads to the elimination of the conflicts, misunderstandings which are the first step to the formation of the assertive communication abilities.en
