ANGAJAREA ÎN CÂMPUL MUNCII A ABSOLVENŢILOR UNIVERSITARI VERSUS CERINŢELE ANGAJATORILOR

Abstract

Amintim că în anul de studii 2012/2013 Centrul de Cercetare „ Ştiinţe educaţionale şi socioumanistice” a realizat sondajul cu privire la inserţia pe piaţa muncii a studenţilor şi masteranzilor din anii terminali. Au fost chestionate 448 de persoane. Articolul de faţăeste o continuare a articolului cu aceea şi denumire publicat în Studia Universitatis Moldaviaenr.5(75) din 2014, în care analizam cantitativ şi calitativ raspunsurile stundenţilor şi masteranzilor (profilul socioumanist) privind importanţa unor factori la angajarea în câmpul muncii a absolvenţilor universitari. Propunem şi o analizăa răspunsurilor respondenţilor (profilul real – 174 de studenţi şi masteranzi) la aceleaşi întrebări, şi anume: Cât de important credeţi că a fost/ar fi pentru angajator următorul aspect pentru a-l determina săvăofere un loc de muncă imediat dupăabsolvire?

Recall that in the academic year 2012-2013 the Research Center "Science education and socio-humanistic" conducted the survey on the labor market insertion and master students in their final years. 448 people were surveyed. This paper is a continuation of the article with the same name published in Studia Universitatis oldaviae no.5(75) of 2014 in which quantitative and qualitative responses university students and masters (socio-humanist profile) on the importance of factors in their employment of university graduate s. In this article we propose an analysis of the responses of respondents (real profile – 174 students and graduate) the same questions, namely - How important do you think was / would be for the employer to determine the next point to give you a job immediately after graduation.
