Abstract

În societatea contemporană, organizațiile reprezintă construcții complexe ce interferează cu o multitudine de factori care pot contribui, în egală măsură, la dezvoltare sau la regres. Pornind de la interesul manifestat față de dinamica organizațiilor autohtone, studiul conturează semnificația unor elemente conexe, precum leadership-ul creativ și climatul organizațional, urmărind să stabilească corespondența dintre acestea, dar și impactul pe care îl pot avea asupra organizației.In contemporary society, organizations are complex constructions that interfere with a multitude of factors that can also contribute to development or regression.
