IMPLICAȚII PSIHOLOGICE ȘI JURIDICE ALE REUȘITEI ADOPȚIEI ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

Adopția este un proces prin care o persoană adultă își asumă parentalitatea pentru o altă persoană, astfel încât toate drepturile și responsabilitățile împreună cu filiația îi sunt transferate dinspre părinții originari. Dincolo de această filiaţie, adopţia este un proces extrem de complex care schimbă definitiv viaţa unei familii şi a unui copil adoptiv. În această ordine de idei, am încercat o analiză a diferitor criterii și argumente pentru succesul unei adopții atât prin implicațiile sale atitudinal psihologice, cât și prin prevederile legislative existente în Republica MoldovaThe adoption is a process by which an adult person assumes the parenthood for another person, in the manner that all the rights and responsibilities, as well as the filiation are transferred to him/her from the biological parent’s side. Besides the filiation, the adoption is an extremely complex process which totally changes a family’s life as well as the life of the adoptive child. In this context, we tried to analyze the different criteria and arguments for the success of an adoption both through its attitudinal and psychological implications and the existent legal framework of the Republic of Moldova.
