MANIFESTĂRI ALE ANXIETĂŢII LA COPIII CU MALADII RESPIRATORII CRONICE

Abstract

Odată cu apariţia maladiei, mai ales în cazurile în care aceasta este de durată sau se exprimă cu brutalitate la nivelul subiectivităţii individului, acesta anticipează o serie de ameninţări la adresa integrităţii şi/sau capacităţii sale fizice. Maladia cronică serveşte drept sursă de stres psihic prin urmă torii factori: situaţia creată prin apariţia, desfăşurarea şi consecinţele bolii, dar şi prin suferinţele psihice şi fizice inerente. Anxietatea este o componentă destul de importantă în structura personalităţii în cazul maladiilor cronice, deoarece stresul determinat de aceste maladii influenţează unitatea structurală a personalităţii prin nesatisfacerea trebuinţelor interne, prin distorsionarea concepţiei propriului Eu şi a lumii înconjurătoare.

With the advent of the disease, especially in cases where it is lasting or expressed brutally at an individual subjectivity, it anticipates a threat to the integrity and/or physical ability. Chronic disease serves as a source of mental stress by the following factors: the situation created by the appearance, conduct and consequences of the disease, and by the inherent physical and psychological suffering. Anxiety is a very important component in the structure of a personality with chronic diseases, because the stress caused by thes e diseases affect the structural unit of the personality of unmet needs, by distorting the concept of the self and the surrounding world.
