Unele aspecte privind starea de conflict în societatea Republicii Moldova [Articol]

Abstract

The study presents a philosophical perspective on the causes that sustain social conflict and its particularities in the society of the Republic of Moldova. The research focuses on identifying the ontological and epistemological mechanisms that support the presence of social conflicts. It highlights the social, cultural, identity, and political polarizations generated by post-Soviet transformations. The study investigates how social inequality, perceptions of injustice, and power relations contribute to the worsening of societal issues and, consequently, the state of conflict, including its perpetuation. The particularities of the conflict in the Eastern districts of the Republic of Moldova are explored, from polarization, the impact on social cohesion and collective and individual identity, to the division of society. The hermeneutics of public discourse reveal the sources that fuel the problems faced by society and, obviously, intensify the manifestations of conflict between politics and society. The importance of the legal framework in legitimizing and holding all social actors accountable is emphasized. The conclusions of the research indicate that social conflict in the Republic of Moldova is defined by a substantial deficit in social cohesion, identity reconstruction, political dialogue, as well as communication between the constituent entities of Moldovan society. These deficiencies, if overcome, would reduce fragmentation, not only socially but also culturally.

Studiul reprezintă o perspectivă filosofică asupra cauzelor care susțin conflictul social și particularitățile acestuia în societatea Republicii Moldova. Cercetarea se axează pe identificarea mecanismelor ontologice și epistemologice care susțin prezența conflictelor sociale. Se evidențiază polarizările sociale, culturale, identitare și politice generate de transformările post-sovietice. Se investighează modul în care inegalitatea socială, percepțiile de nedreptate și relațiile de putere contribuie la agravarea problemelor din societate și, implicit, a stării de conflict, inclusiv perpetuarea acestuia. Se explorează particularitățile conflictului în raioanele de Est ale Republicii Moldova, de la polarizarea, afectarea coeziunii sociale și a identității colective și individuale, până la divizarea societății. Hermeneutica discursului public relevă sursele ce alimentează problemele cu care se confruntă societatea și, evident, intensifică manifestările conflictului între politic și social. Se evidențiază importanța cadrului legal în legitimarea și responsabilizarea tuturor actorilor sociali. Concluziile cercetării indică că, conflictul social din Republica Moldova se definesc de-un deficit substanțial de coeziune socială, reconstrucție identitară, dialog politic, dar și comunicare între entitățile constituitoare ale societății Republicii Moldova. Deficiențe care depășite diminuează fragmentarismului, nu doar social, ci și cultural.
