Abstract
În prezent, cele mai multe structuri de marketing în reţea se confruntă cu faptul că se atestă un aflux mare de oameni noi. Acest sistem de afaceri nu poate utiliza eficient potenţialul angajaţilor săi la recrutarea de personal, ceea ce duce la o eficienţă scăzută
a lucrătorului şi la creşterea insatisfacţiei lui. Prin urmare, o problemă actual ă în marketingul de reţea o constitue modul în care pot fi utilizate corect şi cu o productivitate mai mare particularităţile individual-psihologice ale angajatului în beneficiul său şi al companiei. Scopul cercetării noastre a fost de a determina inter relaţia dintre particularităţile individual-psihologice ale lucrătorului structurii de marketing în reţea, eficienţa vânzărilor sale şi dezvoltarea carierei. Datele obţinute pot fi utile pentru selectarea corectăa persoanelor pentru acest tip de afacere; pentru formularea programelor individuale motivaţionale; pentru ridicarea nivelului de vânz
ări şi creşterea profesională a angajatului; pentru evaluarea obiectivă a potenţalului intrinsec al distribuitorului; pentru utilizarea raţională a timpului şi a efortului la înv
ăţarea noilor distribuitori.
Currently, most multi-level marketing structures are faced with the fact that there is a large influx of new people. This business system is not able to exploit effectively employees’ potential at recruitment, which leads to low workers efficiency and increases their dissatisfaction. Therefore, the relevant issue inmulti-level marketing is possibility of proper and more productive use of individual-psychological characteristics of the employee. The aim of our research was to determine the correlation of individual-psychological characteristics of the multi-level marketing employee with effectiveness of sales and career development. The result of the research can be useful for the correct selection of people in this business, for developing of customized programs of motivation; for increasing sales and employees’ careers; for objective assessment of internal distributor's capacity; for the rational use of time and effort in training new distributors.
