dc.description.abstractAt macro-system level of education, the strategies of prevention and removal of breakdown concern the whole coherent of different types of institutions, levels and forms in which are held the systematic teaching, learning and assessment activities for individual personality development of children, young people and adults. In this prospective the task, on how difficult the binding of education, is to prepare the future graduates not only for surviving but also for excelling in different fields under the professional report as well as moral report, in respect of intellectual training and excellent practice based on creation and participation, on spirit of cooperation, attachment towards profession and a new motivation of work that is a result of the conviction that the merit is valued, supported and paid correctly.en
