dc.description.abstractSunt prezentate rezultatele studiului proprietăţilor luminescente ale cristalelor de ZnSe dopate cu Mn în timpul procesului de creştere. Concentraţia manganului introdus în reactor nu a depăşit 1,14 · 10-3 g/g. S-a demonstrat că la diferite lungimi de undă de excităre apar trei benzi de iradiere luminescentă: 590 nm, 608 nm şi 630 nm, cauzate de tranziţii intracentrate în ionii MnZn2+. Se discută mecanismele de excitare a iradierii luminescente a manganului în cristalele studiate.en
dc.description.abstractWe present the results on photoluminescent properties for ZnSe crystals doped with Mn during growth process. The сontent of Mn in the reactordid not exceeded of 1.14*10-3g/g. It is shown that only long-wave photoluminescence bands exist in PL spectra under different excitation wavelengths. We suppose that Mn2+ions are responsible for PL bands (590, 608 and 631 nm) observed in th e visible PL spectra of ZnSe:Mn crystals. The excitation mechanisms of intrashell radiation are discussed.
