Abstract

Educational management is centered on the human dimension and uses communicative and negotiative strategies. Management functions can be achieved only through communication and negotiation that provides interpersonal relationships in school. The communicative competence and negotiation provide the power of communication and negotiation, as a result of the knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes that helps manager fulfill his function. Educational communication and negotiation competences development to school managers concerns the process leading to performance.
