dc.description.abstractThe given work isthe research on the forming of motivation for the realization of the professional pedagogic activity. The given work is a research on the forming of motivation for the realization of professional pedagogic activity. Motivation is the decisive, energizing impulse of the human activity, the motivation itself does not have to be considered and understood as an aim but it must be engaged in the process of getting some / high performances and the given work stresses this certain aspect. The instructive-professional process must be realized from the perspective of forming of motivation to realize this. The motivation’s intensity and the level of performance is dependent on the complexity of activity performed by the subject. Activity being the essential form of existence and manifestation of the human being as a personality requires well established motives at the basis. Bigger is the value of motivational impulse, bigger is the interest towards the study and profession.en
