Through the relevance of this complex process it results the necessity to direct and orient each person to the field of activity which would reveal his capacity potential. Adolescence is the age when the person tries to set a connection between his aspirations, personal aptitudes and labor-market requirements. If the correlation between these three data – labor-market requirements, character feature and professional aspirations was respected, it would be evident the equilibrium between the obtained studies and professional integration. The identification of the influential aspects of school and professional orientation implemented in some lyceums of Chişinău municipality would offer space for analyses and discussion about realizations in this domain.en
