PARTICULARITĂȚI ALE GÂNDIRII SPECIFICE TULBURĂRILOR DE PERSONALITATE

Abstract

Tulburările de personalitate reprezintă condiții clinice complexe, atât prin ele însele, cât și prin comorbiditățile în care sunt implicate și pe care le generează. Structurarea patologică a tulburării de personalitate este condiționată de influența negativă asociată a factorilor eredoconstituționali și a celor socioculturali, m anifestările maladaptative ale acestora fiind evidente în sectoarele cognitiv, afectiv și relațional. În articol sunt evidențiate particularitățile gândirii specifice tulburărilor de personalitate. Sunt identificate schemele cognitive și stilurilede gândire caracteristice fiecăreia dintre cele zece tulburări de personalitate.Personality disorders represent clinical complex conditions, both by themselves, as well as by the comorbiditiesin which they are involved and which they generate. The pathological structuring of the personality disorders is conditioned by the negative influence of the hereditary-constitutional and sociocultural factors, their maladaptive manifestations being evident in the cognitive, affective and relational sectors. The article highlights the particularities of thinking specific for personality disorders. It also identifies the cognitive patterns and thinking styles characteristic for each of the ten personality disorders.
