Abstract
În
acest
articol
prezentăm
rezultatele
experimentului
pedagogic
de
constatare
din
perspectiva
cadrelor
didactice.
Dat
fiind
că
pe
parcursul
mai
multor
ani
în
instituţiile
de
învăţământ
general
ghidarea
elevilor
în
cariera
didactică
reprezenta
un
proces
căruia nu i s-a acordat atenția cuvenită
(de altfel, ca și altor probleme persistente în sistemul educațional),
consecința
s-a dovedit
a fi
creșterea
numărului
de cadre didactice
necesare
.
Astăzi
se impun
acțiuni
concrete
de
soluționare
a
acestei
,,crize
a cadrelor didactice"
atât
din
partea
instituțiilor
statului,
cât
și
din
partea
instituțiilor
de
învățământ
general
dar
și
universitar.
Astfel, unul dintre
obiectivele
experimentului
de constatare
a reprezentat identificarea
anumitor
dimensiuni
ale
ghidării elevilor
în cariera
didactică
în viziunea
cadrelor
didactice.
In this article we present the results of the pedagogical experiment of observation from the perspective of the teachers. Given that for several years, in general education institutions guiding students in the teach ing career represented a process that was not given due attention as well as other persistent problems in the educational system, the consequence was the increase in the number of teachers required. Today it requires concrete actions to solve this "crisis of teachers" both from the state institutions, as well as for the general education institutions and also f or the university. Thus, one of the objectives of the experiment of observation was to identify certain dimensions of student guidance in the teaching career in view of the teachers.
