О ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ АСПЕКТАХ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ И ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОЙ ВЛАСТИ ВЭПОХУ ГЛОБАЛИЗАЦИИ

Abstract

Globalizarea este considerată de către mulţi specialişti un element indisolubil al istoriei mondiale. Globalizarea, fără îndoială, intensifică dilemele tradiţionale ale coeziunii şi diversităţii, universalismului şi particularizării, cosmopolitismului şi al sentimentului de apartenenţă naţională. Toate dilemele acestea, pe lângă dimensiunile politice, culturale şi etice, includ în sine şi dilema psihologică. În articol se face o încercare de a oferi răspuns la următoarele întrebări: a) în ce măsură tendinţele globale de transformare a culturii politice contemporane şi a puterii politice se reflectă în domeniul teoriei politice: nu ne vom confrunta noi în perspectivă cu o criză ulterioară provocată de incapacitatea savanţilor de a analiza adecvat tendinţele acestea? b) există oare necesitatea de a include în analiza procesului de globalizare atât momentul etic, cât şi cel psihologic?Globalization is considered by many experts as an inherent element of the world history. Globalization, obviously, strengthens the traditional dilemma of unity and diversity, universal and special characteristics, cosmopolitism and one’s national origin. All the above mentioned dilemmas have besides political basis, their cultural ethical and psychological heritage. In the article an attempt is made to answer the following questions: 1. To what extent the existing global tendencies in the modern political culture and political powers transformations change political theories; are we going to face in the nearest future another crisis of the latter theory, triggered by the scientists incapability to analyze these tendencies adequately? 2. Is there a necessity to include the ethical and psychological parameters into the analysis of the globalization process?
