Abstract
Articolul de faţă vizează procesul comunicării în care persoana îşi manifestă
competenţa emoţională, prin care transmite semnale de afiliere. Deseori persoanele nu îşi pot dirija emoţiile, fiindu-le frică să intre în contact cu alţi oameni. O asemenea situaţie este cunoscută multor studenţi pentru care comunicarea iese în prim-plan. De aceea, anume pentru studenţi este relevantă
şi importantă dezvoltarea inteligenţei emoţionale prin care poate fi dezvoltată şi
tendinţa de afiliere, deoarece ei se află în etapa formării personale şi profesionale.
In the communicative process a person manifests emotional competence, through which he transmits a signal of a need for affiliation. Affiliation themes are revealed in stories about establishing or restoring close and friendly relationships, joining groups, participating in pleasant social activities, a nd enjoying shared activities with family or friends. Often people are not able to manage their own emotions, they are a fraid to come into contact with other people. This situation is familiar to many students for whom communication is the most important part of their social life. It is important and relevant for students to develop emotional intelligence, through which we also develop a need for affiliation.
