Abstract

В настоящее время, в условиях процесса глобализации, поддерживаемого международным сообществом, ведется активная борьба с причинами социально-экономического неравенства, отмечается стремление к созданию равных возможностей для всех людей, вне зависимости от этнических, гендерных, культурных или каких-либо других отличий. Представления людей об их материальном положении определяются как их общим психологическим самочувствием, так и характером взаимодействий внутри общественной системы. Восприятие неравенства доходов может оказывать на людей как положительное, так и отрицательное влияние. Чрезмерность неравенства доходов может не только стимулировать человека к увеличению своего дохода, но и вызывать у него апатию. Восприятие неравенства доходов может влиять на мысли и действия конкретного человека, вне зависимости от объективной ситуации.În contextul procesului de globalizare susținut în prezent de comunitatea internațională, se duce o luptă activă împotriva cauzelor inegalității socioeconomice, se atestă dorința de a crea șanse egale pentru toți oamenii, indiferent de etnie, gen, cultură sau diferențe de orice altă natură. Percepția oamenilor despre situația lor financiară determină atât bunăstarea lor psihologică generală, cât și natura interacțiunilor din cadrul sistemului social. Inegalitatea excesivă a veniturilor poate determina persoana să-și crească veniturile, dar îi poate cauza și apatie. Percepțiile despre inegalitatea veniturilor pot influența gândurile și acțiunile unui individ, indiferent de situația obiectivă.The globalization process in the context of the present time, which is highly supported by the international community is struggling against social and economic inequality, the desire to create equal opportunities for all people are noted regardless of gender, cultural or any other differences. People's ideas about their financial situation determine both their general psychological well-being and the nature of interactions within the social system. The perception of income inequality can have both positive and negative effects on people. An excessive income inequality can, on the one hand, stimulate a person to increase his income, and, on the other hand, can cause apathy in him. The perception of income inequality can influence the thoughts and actions of an individual, regardless of the objective situation.
